Govt Bus Transport Service in MP:

Efforts are underway to restart the State Transport Passenger Bus Service (Govt Bus Service), which has been closed for many years in Madhya Pradesh.

Now it can be expected that government buses will pick up pace again in the state.

And with this, the arbitrariness of private bus drivers will also be curbed.

Madhya Pradesh Transport and School Education Minister Rao Uday Pratap Singh, while talking to the media at a program organized in Salichouka of Gadarwara assembly constituency on Thursday, said that in Madhya Pradesh, the Transport Department will Preparations are on to start bus service.

Soon these buses will be seen running on the roads of Madhya Pradesh.

Travelers from tribal areas will get benefits

The bus service being started by the Transport Department will first of all connect the tribal areas of the state with the city.

After this, these government buses will be started in other areas across the state also.

Earlier the state transport buses were running on diesel, but now buses running on electric instead of petroleum will hit the roads.

These buses will prevent noise as well as air pollution.

Along with this, these buses will also be eco friendly.

Due to which the journey will also be comfortable and the fuel used in buses can also be saved.

Expressed grief over Dindori accident

Transport Minister Rao Uday Pratap Singh expressed grief over the road accident in Dindori district on Thursday and said that this incident happened due to brake failure, which is sad.

The administration took immediate cognizance of the incident.

The Chief Minister has announced to give Rs 4 lakh each to the families of the deceased and the injured are being given better treatment on time.
