New murders have been added to the "bleeding wound" of Turkey - the incessant murders of women.

Seven women were killed within 12 hours since yesterday in Bursa, Adyaman, Erzurum, Sakarya, Istanbul, Denizli and Izmir, the Turkish news publication "Haberler" informed.

The crimes are identical according to the profile of the killers as well as according to the motives.

All of them were committed by men whose wives were living separately or were in the process of divorcing.

Tugba Ateshchi /41 years old/ from Bursa, mother of two children, was shot with a gun by her ex-husband Murat Demir /49 years old/, who subsequently committed suicide in order not to be caught by the police.
