On Wednesday, February 28, the Russian occupation army carried out an airstrike on the train station in the village of Velikiy Burluk, in the Kupyan district of the Kharkiv region.

Two people died, including a 6-year-old girl.

This was announced by the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleg Sinegubov.

According to him, the airstrike was carried out around 17:00.

The enemy dropped guided aerial bombs, one of which hit the territory of the railway station.

"Two people died - a man and a six-year-old girl.

The child's mother is in serious condition.

Medical assistance is provided," Oleg Sinegubov wrote in his Telegram channel. 

On the air of the national telethon, he specified that the train station in Veliky Burluk was not used as a transport infrastructure object, but civilians were there.

Sinegubov also emphasized that children were repeatedly injured during attacks on Velikiy Burluk.

Therefore, the issue of evacuation of minors from this settlement is under consideration.

We will remind you that earlier this day, the occupiers hit the city of Kupyansk in the Kharkiv region with anti-aircraft guns.

They hit near the cafe, five people were injured.

Two more people died.
