The date of the vote on the draft law on mobilization will depend on how much this document will be considered by the Verkhovna Rada Committee on National Security and Defense.

This was stated by the secretary of this Committee, People's Deputy Roman Kostenko, "Kyiv 24" reports.

"Indeed, it will depend on how things will move in the committee, because practically every deputy who submitted amendments has the right to come and defend their amendments at the committee. That's how intense it will be: colleagues will come or not. It can be like at the beginning in March, in the first half of it, the same way - and until April. It looks like it was brought to the hall (for voting. - Ed.), I think, exactly at the beginning of March. And when it is voted on, that's another matter," the deputy said.

At the same time, he noted that the dates when the document can be voted on in the parliament cannot yet be named, because 4,195 amendments have been submitted to the draft law.

"It will depend on which deputies will make corrections, which will not, and which will be confirmed. That is, according to the regulations, there are many procedures, so it will not be fast, but some experts say that it will be adopted approximately by April," he concluded. Kostenko.

We will remind you that on February 7, the Rada supported the project on strengthening mobilization in the first reading.

People's deputy Fedir Venislavskyi named the most controversial points of the draft law on mobilization.

It was also reported that an amendment was made to the new draft law on mobilization, which allows Ukrainians to legally record the illegal actions of TCC employees on camera.
