Despite the fact that the Russians lost more soldiers in Avdiivka than in the 2 years of the war in Afghanistan, Russian propaganda insists on the "powerful" capture of the city.

Its streets are literally littered with the corpses of the Russian occupiers.

This was said by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, during a meeting of the UN Security Council.

As Kuleba emphasized, the Russian Federation suffered huge losses during the "meat storms" of Avdiyivka.

"We don't call them that - that's what the Russians call this barbaric military tactic, for the ruins of Avdiivka, Russia paid more military lives than the Soviet Union during the 10-year war in Afghanistan," said Kuleba.

Earlier, a military expert calculated how many Russians died near Avdiivka.
