The head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Dmytro Kuleba, said that Ukraine is preparing for new offensive operations.
Military expert Roman Svitan said that Russia will definitely have enough money and strength to continue the war for a long time, but this will depend on the segment of the front.
