CBSE Class 10th Math Syllabus: The CBSE board has been in the news for the past several days. The reason is that lakhs of students of the Central Board of Secondary Education are waiting for their board exam 2024 datesheet. In the academic year 2023-24, CBSE has made amendments to the CBSE Class 10 Maths syllabus, the board has reduced the syllabus by 30%. The aim of doing this is to reduce the academic burden on both students and teachers while emphasizing the fundamentals of mathematics. Seven units in Math
The revised syllabus for CBSE Class 10 Mathematics has seven units — Number System, Algebra, Coordinate Geometry, Geometry, Trigonometry, Menstruation and Statistics and Probability. The syllabus of Mathematics is divided into two parts – Part A and Bagh B. In Part B, only 7 marks from internal assists.
How many questions from a unit
Theory paper of Mathematics will be for a total of 80 marks. In this, questions will be asked for 6 marks from Number System, 20 marks from Algebra, 6 marks from Coordinate Geometry, 15 marks from Geometry, 12 marks from Trygnometry, 10 marks from Menstruation and 11 marks from Statistics and Pragency. To pass the CBSE Class 10 Maths paper, a student needs to get a minimum of 33% marks.

Which page numbers are deleted
Pages 1-2, 9-10 have been deleted from the real number. At the same time, page number 35-36 from Palinomial, page number 61-62 from Pair of Linear, page number 113 from Coordinate Geometry, page number 144-149 from Construction, 174-175 from Trigonometry, page number 215-216 from Surface Area and Volume have been deleted.
