Time magazine, which recently nominated dictator Putin for the title of "Person of the Year", has decided on the winner. The nomination was won by singer Taylor Swift.

This is stated in the publication Time.

As noted, the publication calls Taylor Swift an "extraordinary storyteller" who shares her own stories in her songs, in particular, tragic love. At the same time, her achievements are called "so enormous that it seems almost inappropriate to list them."

"As a pop star, she's in the same company alongside Elvis Presley, Michael Jackson, and Madonna; as a songwriter, she has been compared to Bob Dylan, Paul McCartney, and Joni Mitchell. As a businesswoman, she built an empire worth more than $1 billion, according to some estimates," the newspaper writes.

As a reminder, in 2022, the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky and the "spirit of Ukraine" became the Person of the Year according to Time.
