They promise to make the passage of the MPC faster and easier. Currently, 90% of military units have already digitized the workflow, which will make it possible not to personally carry certificates to all institutions.

This was announced by the Prime Minister of Ukraine Denys Shmyhal.

"Certificates follow the military" is a key principle of the reform of the Military Medical Commission and the Medical Expert Commission, which we continue to implement," he wrote on his Telegram.

According to him, the government plans to make the passage of the MPC as fast and convenient as possible.

"We have already increased the number of military medical commissions by 50%, the capacity of garrison military medical commissions on the basis of civilian medical institutions has more than doubled. An electronic queue has been introduced in all military health care facilities, and document management has been digitalized in 90% of military units. We continue to build a barrier-free environment — we have allocated the necessary funds for this. All these measures have already made it possible to reduce the duration of the MPC by three times," Shmyhal said.

The Ministry of Digital Transformation also plans to digitize the conclusion of the MPC in the near future. According to Shmyhal, this is a solution that will help you receive other services online.

"All those responsible have received instructions. We must accelerate reforms. I also gave the task to work out the proposal of the Ministry of Social Policy on the availability of social workers in medical institutions to help the military with the necessary services," the prime minister added.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that Ukraine has developed amendments to the legislation that make it possible to simplify the processes related to the passage of the military medical commission (MPC) for wounded servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Ministry of Defense. Now healthcare institutions can exchange documents with military units and TCCs and SPs through the electronic document management system.
