President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a draft law on the abolition of the moratorium on tax audits. This was one of the obligations of our state to the International Monetary Fund.
This was announced by People's Deputy Yaroslav Zhelezniak.
Here's What We Know
As you know, the draft Law on Amendments to the Tax Code of Ukraine and other laws of Ukraine regarding the abolition of the moratorium on tax audits was adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on November 9. It was submitted to the President for signature on November 27.
"Well, we just signed a #10016д on partial tax audits. Accordingly, tomorrow, at best, it will be published and the day after tomorrow, December 7, it will come into force," the MP said.
Zheleznyak believes that at least seven days were lost.
