The russian occupation army began to more actively use sabotage and reconnaissance groups near the border with the Kharkiv region. At the same time, the number of enemy attacks has increased in the Kharkiv region.

This was announced on the air of the national telethon by the spokesman of the State Border Guard Service Andriy Demchenko.

According to him, the enemy's activity has been recorded over the past few weeks.

"Previously, we recorded most of them in the Sumy direction. And over the past few weeks, we have seen a change of direction, namely the Kharkiv region. Over the past few weeks, the enemy has been more actively using sabotage and reconnaissance groups in the Kharkiv region," Demchenko said.

The spokesman of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine suggested that the Russians changed the direction of use of sabotage and reconnaissance groups because they realized that "they are not succeeding in the Sumy direction."

Demchenko added that the number of enemy attacks on the border of the Kharkiv region has increased significantly. At the same time, shelling does not stop in the border areas of Chernihiv and Sumy regions.

Earlier, the greatest activity of enemy sabotage and reconnaissance groups was recorded in the Sumy region.
