Coconut Christmas Mojito

Ingredients

In a shaker, add the mint leaves, syrup, lime juice, mash and top up with rum, coconut milk and ice. After that, close and shake so that the drinks combine into a homogeneous mixture. Put ice in a serving glass and pour the mixture. At the end, garnish with mint leaves, a few cranberries and dust with powdered sugar.

Pomegranate Margarita

In a shaker, add the tequila, liqueur, lime and pomegranate juice, coconut milk, and ice. Seal and shake to obtain a homogeneous mixture. Prepare glasses for serving, to do this, grease their edges with lime juice and dip in sugar. Put ice in glasses and pour the mixture. At the end, add pomegranate seeds and rosemary sprigs for decoration.

Mimosa with cranberry sauce

Mix sugar and chopped herbs in a saucer. Brush the edges of a champagne glass with lime juice and dip in sugar. Add cranberry sauce, orange juice, and sparkling wine to a glass. Stir to combine, then garnish with cranberries and candied rosemary.
