Five houses collapsed due to cylinder blast (symbolic photo)

New Delhi:

A gas cylinder exploded in Mumbai, causing a major accident. In Chembur camp area, 4 to 5 houses collapsed like cards due to gas cylinder blast. Many people were buried under it due to the debris of the houses. The incident was immediately reported to the fire department. After which the fire department reached the spot and started relief and rescue work, so far 11 people have been safely pulled out from the debris. Four of those evacuated have been admitted to the hospital. The incident took place at 4 am in Mumbai's Chembur Camp area. This information has been given by BMC.
