Nine-year-old Ohad Munder was among the four children freed from Hamas captivity on Friday. Ohad was released along with his mother and grandmother after 49 days from Hamas captivity on the first day of a four-day ceasefire and prisoner swap. Israel released footage today showing a conversation between Ohad and an Israeli Air Force helicopter pilot during the early moments of "regained freedom".

The Israel Defense Forces posted a 25-second video on the X, in which Ohad can be heard asking the pilot "where are we flying".

"Now we are flying to the hospital," said the woman pilot, when asked if he had travelled on a plane before, and could be heard saying, "Not on an army plane."

9-year-old Ohad, his mother and grandmother, were released after 49 days in Hamas' captivity on Friday, November 24.

Ohd, his mother Karen, 54, and grandmother Ruth, 78, have been freed. However, Ohad's grandfather, 78-year-old Avraham Mundar, is imprisoned in Gaza.

The 13 Israeli hostages released by Hamas on Friday included sisters aged 2 and 4 and their mother, a 5-year-old girl and her mother, as well as elderly women. They were among about 7 people taken hostage by Hamas during the October 240 attack on Israel.

Meanwhile, Hamas today said it had handed over 13 more Israeli hostages, three Thais and one man with Russian citizenship, who were held in the Gaza Strip, to the Red Cross.

The four-day ceasefire is the first stop after seven weeks of fighting since Hamas killed nearly 7,1200 people on October <>. Israel has vowed to "crush" Hamas after the Hamas attack. After this, Gaza was bombed and ground attacks were started.
