The leaders of the Laigwanani pastoral community, along with religious leaders in Longido district of Arusha Region, have made special requests for President Samia Suluhu Hassan to continue to lead the nation until 2030 after successfully opening the country up to <>.
The petition has been held in Mundarara village by a large number of local residents and surrounding villages, with the locals crying and rousing Mori demanding that President Samia be given the chance to lead the nation until 2030.
Malaigwanani leader Peter Sengeyon said the prayers of the people gathered there were aimed at thanking Allah for the good health of President Samia and asking God to continue to protect the leader until 2030.
He said President Samia has been brought by God for the purpose of helping our country so we must protect him and pray for him to live and stay in his leadership until 2030.
The Chairman of CCM Longido District Papa Nakuta congratulated Ruby Mine Investor Sendeu Laizer for investing in the mine, which has been a great help and has benefited the people of the village and Longido council by collecting government revenue.
The Rev. Daniel Kazimoto said the prayer should reach out directly to President Samia and give him the strength to stand firm and serve the nation and pray for God to give him good health to President Samia to rule until 2030.
"The people of Mundarara God has given us a shining star and we ask our President every person in his faith to pray here so that this prayer may give him strength and a heart of compassion for our President Samia."
