The 41 labourers have been trapped in the tunnel for more than a week. The rescue team has not been able to remove them yet. Due to excessive debris and soil from above, there is a problem in the rescue operation. Meanwhile, on Monday (November 20), the new 6-inch pipeline managed to deliver solid food to these laborers for the first time. The rescue team sent hot khichdi in a bottle to these laborers from this pipe. They have become weak due to not getting proper food for so many days.

A cook named Hemant made khichdi for the 41 laborers trapped in the tunnel. He said that this is the first time that hot food is being sent for the laborers. Hemant told ANI, "We are just sending khichdi. We only have to cook what we have been recommended."

The accident took place on November 12.
