Russia is learning to fight, both on the battlefield and in the information war.

This was stated by the adviser to the head of the President's Office, Mykhailo Podolyak, on the air of the telethon.

"We see certain changes along the front line. Changes in the tactics and strategy of the Russians. This does not mean that they have begun to do something better. But they learn, they take something from us. From the point of view of information work, they are also learning," says Podoliak.

According to him, now the Russians have reached a completely different level of propaganda.

"If earlier they relied on some of their crazy things about 'Nazis', that 'you have to be together with Russia', 'you will only be happy with Russia'. And today they understand that it does not work on the territory of Ukraine.

Their psychologists work, they understand the psycho-emotional state of Ukraine. There is a certain depression, given almost two years of war. There are accumulated questions, a lack of understanding of what will happen tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, I want it all to end, and we start rebuilding something," says the head of the President's Office.

That is why the Russians began to work with such topics as mobilization, social benefits, and corruption. In particular, using various media platforms, including foreign media.

"Russia is putting pressure on certain psycho-emotional issues. Subtle technologies, subtle matters. "Your partners do not give money", "you were promised that the war would end quickly, but it does not end", "your partners are suspending military assistance". This is not true, but people are not ready for fact-checking. And Russia is scaling it all up," Podolyak concluded.
