Mykhailo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine, said that with the appearance of ATACMS missiles provided by the United States in the Ukrainian army, Russia no longer has safe places on the territory of our country.

He wrote about this on the social network X.

Podolyak called the acquisition of long-range missiles "a new chapter in this war." He stressed that no matter how many times the occupied territories are included in the "Constitution of Russia" in order to "preserve the heritage" under the threat of palace coups, Moscow will eventually have to recognize the conditions on the ground.

"There are no longer safe places for Russian troops within Ukraine's internationally recognized borders. This means that in the medium term there is no way to maintain the South, Crimea and the Black Sea Fleet. The countdown has already begun. The oil and gas needle is still pulling back the end. But it has long become inevitable," Podolyak wrote.

On October 17, Ukraine launched ATACMS missiles at Russian positions in the occupied territories. This was the first time that these long-range weapons, provided by the United States, were used in Ukraine.

Later, the White House confirmed the provision of ATACMS missiles with a range of 165 kilometers to Ukraine. The video of the launch of ATACMS missiles has already been released by the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhnyi. The missiles themselves were most likely launched from the HIMARS MLRS.

It is currently known that the United States secretly transferred about 20 ATACMS missiles to Ukraine, which the Armed Forces of Ukraine have already successfully used against Russian targets.
