The occupying forces of the Russian Federation once again shelled Kherson on Tuesday, October 17. As a result of the attack, a residential area was hit, five people were injured.

According to the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Roman Mrochko, the occupiers shelled the Dnipro district of the city from the temporarily occupied left bank.

"As a result of another massive shelling of Kherson by Russian enemy troops, according to preliminary information, five people were injured. The information is being clarified," the statement reads.

The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, clarified that two employees of a security company who were in a service car were injured as a result of the shelling.

Another wounded is a 47-year-old man. He was hospitalized in the surgery department with shrapnel wounds to both legs. The condition of the victim is of moderate severity.
