Elections can be held in Ukraine only if "the parliament manages to solve all the problems of ensuring access to voting."
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said this in an interview with the Italian channel Sky TG24.
"It is important to organize the elections in such a way that the people who are supposed to vote can do so safely, without attacks. We have this task, if our country is able to amend the laws, then the elections will be held in Ukraine," the president explained.
Recall that Zelensky believes that by the end of 2023, nuclear threats from Russia will increase.
