Later, Russian media reported that the explosion occurred at an electrical substation in the city of Pogar, Bryansk region. It is located 30 kilometers from the border with Ukraine.
According to local residents, the power has completely disappeared in the area. The causes and victims are currently unknown, there is no official information.
Earlier, in the early morning of 29 September, Russian propaganda media reported that a "Ukrainian drone" had dropped two explosives on a substation in Kursk Oblast. As a result, there was a power outage.
