The Armed Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct defense in the east and south of Ukraine, offensive operations in the Melitopol direction and offensive operations in the Bakhmut direction. The defense forces are destroying the enemy, liberating the temporarily occupied territories step by step, and gaining a foothold on the achieved frontiers. During the past day, 26 combat clashes took place.

The Russian occupiers do not stop ignoring international humanitarian law, shelling not only the positions of Ukrainian troops, but also the civilian infrastructure of settlements, terrorizing civilians.
Over the past day, the russian federation launched another attack on Ukraine, using 38 Iranian attack UAVs of the Shahed-136/131 type. The port infrastructure of the Odesa region was damaged. As a result of combat work, 26 enemy Shahed drones were destroyed by air defense forces and means.
The enemy launched 10 missile and 77 air strikes, carried out 44 MLRS attacks both on the positions of our troops and on civilian objects of our state. As a result of Russian terrorist attacks, unfortunately, there are dead and wounded among the civilian population. Residential buildings and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.
Airstrikes were carried out on Hrabovske, Popivka of the Sumy oblast; Starytsia, Hatyshche, Synkivka, Kupyansk, Berestove of the Kharkiv Oblast; Nadiya, Novoyehorivka, Luhansk Oblast; Torske, Siversk, Spirne, Klishchiivka, Kostyantynivka, Pivnichne, Avdiivka, Novomykhailivka, Urozhayne, Blahodatne, Staromayorske of the Donetsk Oblast; Mala Tokmachka, Zaporizhia Oblast; Beryslav, Mykolaivka, Olhivka and the city of Kherson of the Kherson region.
About 100 settlements in Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Kherson oblasts came under artillery fire.
The situation at the front
In the area of responsibility of the "North" Joint Task Force in the Volyn and Polissya directions, the operational situation remains without significant changes.
In the Siverskyi and Slobozhanskyi directions, the enemy maintains a military presence in the border areas, conducts active sabotage activities in order to prevent the transfer of our troops to threatening directions, and increases the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod region.
In the area of responsibility of the Khortytsia Joint Task Force in the Kupyansk, Lyman and Bakhmut directions, the enemy did not conduct offensive (assault) operations.
In the area of responsibility of the Tavriya Joint Task Force in the Avdiivka direction, the Defense Forces repelled enemy attacks in the area of the settlement of Severne, Donetsk oblast.
Mar'yinka axis: the enemy conducted unsuccessful offensive actions in the Mar'yinka area of the Donetsk oblast, where during the past day it made 13 unsuccessful attempts to displace our units from their positions.
In the Shakhtarsk direction, our defenders continue to hold the line on the occupied frontiers, protecting our land from the occupiers.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction, Ukrainian soldiers repelled an enemy attack in the area south of Novodarivka, Zaporizhzhia region.
At the same time, the Defense Forces of Ukraine continue to conduct an offensive operation in the Melitopol direction, offensive (assault) operations in the Bakhmut direction, inflict losses on the occupying forces in manpower and equipment, and exhaust the enemy along the entire front line.
In the area of responsibility of the Odesa Joint Task Force in the Kherson direction, the Defense Forces continue to conduct counter-battery fighting, destroy supply depots and inflict successful damage on the enemy's rear.
Over the past day, the Air Force of the Defense Forces carried out 12 strikes on the areas of concentration of enemy personnel, weapons and military equipment. Units of missile forces hit 5 artillery pieces, 3 areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment, 1 control point and 2 enemy ammunition depots.
