A judge of the Brovary City District Court of the Kyiv region demanded a bribe of 4 thousand US dollars for the "correct resolution of the issue" during the court hearing. He was detained by the Security Service of Ukraine and the National Anti-Corruption Bureau of Ukraine (NABU) while receiving the second part of the "tranche" of illegal remuneration.

This was reported in the press service of the SBU, publishing the relevant photos.

According to the investigation, a representative of one of the parties in a civil case paid for the "services" of a judge who promised to make a decision in her favor.

The administrator of justice received an improper benefit in two tranches: first, $1,3 for a decision that obliged the other party to look for additional evidence in the case, and another $<>,<> for a decision to collect a debt in favor of the plaintiff.

The judge was served a notice of suspicion under Part 3 of Art. 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of an unlawful benefit by an official).

During the searches, USD 15,600 packaged in various envelopes was seized from him.

The investigation is ongoing, the issue of choosing a measure of restraint for the suspect is being decided.

Earlier, in Kyiv, the police exposed a representative of the military medical commission, who, for a bribe of two thousand dollars, promised to provide the relevant decision of the Military Medical Commission to avoid mobilization.
