In Berlin, the trial of 36-year-old music teacher and actor Henry T., who sheltered and sexually assaulted a 27-year-old Ukrainian refugee writer, continues.

According to the publication, the defendant, a German citizen, Henry T., works as a piano and saxophone teacher and at the same time acts in. The man has more than 100 short films to his credit.

In the spring of 2022, Henry offered help to refugees from Ukraine via the Internet, and on May 28, he met a 27-year-old Ukrainian writer and author of children's books at a Berlin train station.

According to the investigation, the German locked the Ukrainian woman in an apartment in the Köpenick district and sexually assaulted her. The woman ran out onto the balcony and started screaming, and also tried to call the police. On May 30, the victim managed to escape.

"All of a sudden, she screamed, 'Rape!' I shut her mouth because of the neighbors. There was no rape," the suspect said.

"I heard her talking on the phone. She told the police my address, which she must have read on my party account. I got annoyed and slapped her. I locked the rooms so she wouldn't take the knife. She was screaming from the balcony, I pulled her out of there, we fell to the floor. I shut her mouth," the attacker told his version of events.

"I'm a actor, so I get tested every few weeks. And she [the Ukrainian woman] is strictly religious, and the Pope is against condoms," Henry said.

He now lives in Lower Saxony and is engaged in real estate.

The Ukrainian woman will testify on September 29. According to the lawyer, the woman continues to live in Berlin, where "she is well taken care of." The court verdict is expected on October 13.

Earlier, a 30-year-old citizen of Ukraine was brutally murdered in a refugee hotel in Norway. She is survived by a child.
