The invaders in the occupied territories are trying to "re-educate" Ukrainian children by militarizing education and spreading propaganda among them.

This was stated by the Verkhovna Rada Commissioner for Human Rights Dmytro Lubinets.

He noted that the invaders are trying to eradicate children's Ukrainian identity in any way. In particular, they use "re-education" by conducting military propaganda among children.

"Thus, representatives of the occupation authorities, within the framework of the project "Patriotic Education of Citizens of the Russian Federation", "initiate" Ukrainian schoolchildren from TOT into the "real eaglets of Russia," the ombudsman wrote.

In addition, Lubinets said that the Ombudsman's Office learned about this as a result of monitoring the information channels of the enemy authorities in the TOT.

"This information was sent to the Prosecutor General's Office in order to record the facts of war crimes committed by representatives of the Russian Federation against Ukrainian children," he said.

Earlier, it was reported that 504 children were killed as a result of the armed aggression of the Russian Federation against our state. More than 1123 were injured of varying degrees of severity.
