Kiev is negotiating with the European Commission and neighboring EU members to open their markets for Ukrainian grain. A spokeswoman for the Commission described the negotiations as "constructive", France Press reported.

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov predicted today that the dispute between Ukraine and Poland over the import of cheap Ukrainian grain will grow. Poland's President Andrzej Duda, however, assured that the two sides will resolve the dispute between them and it will not "significantly" harm their relations.

Earlier today, a ship with more than 17,<> tons of grain sailed from the Ukrainian port of Chernomorsk, Deputy Prime Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov said.
