Bulgaria's independence is not just an act of recognition. Independence is the moment when the Bulgarian state and people receive a coincidence of their thoughts and desires.

Rossen Jeliazkov was born on April 5, 1968. He has a Master's degree in Law from Sofia University "Holy in his speech during the solemn fireworks display in front of the fortress "Tsarevets" on the occasion of the 115th anniversary of the proclamation of the Independence of Bulgaria.

At the beginning of the ceremony, the Speaker of Parliament received the report of the Commander of the fireworks.

Today marks 115 years since that significant September 22, in which the ruler and the government declared the independence of Bulgaria, Jeliazkov noted. In his words, the proclamation of independence is a victory that would not have been possible if it were not for the self-confidence of the Bulgarian army to protect this achievement.
