It is noted that due to the consequences of the attack, there were partial blackouts in the Rivne, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv regions.
"Currently, the operation of the main networks in the region has been restored, the supply of household consumers in the networks of regional power distribution companies continues. Also, during the attack, the networks of regional power distribution companies in Dnipropetrovsk, Kyiv, and Kharkiv regions were damaged. Emergency restoration work began immediately after the alarm went off," the message reads.
The company stressed that it is too early to draw conclusions about the start of a "new terrorist campaign against civilian infrastructure."
