How to make spicy chole bhature recipe at home:


  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • Drought Amchur powder
  • 2 Speed
  • 1 Cinnamon stick
  • 3 Elaichi
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 Big cardamom
  • 7 Black pepper seeds
  • 2 Cloves
  • 3 onions, chopped into pieces
  • 1/2 tsp garlic
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • water
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped into pieces
  • Green coriander
  • 3 cups maida
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour

To make chickpeas, soak the chickpeas in water at night. The next day, take a pot and boil dry amla with chickpeas. Take a pan and add oil to it. After this, after the oil is hot, add bay leaf, cinnamon, cumin, black pepper and cloves to it. Now add onion and fry till golden brown. Add garlic, ginger, turmeric, red chilli, coriander, cumin powder and salt and mix well. Add water to the mixture and now add boiled chickpeas and chopped tomatoes to it. Take the flour in a large bowl, mix a little wheat flour and knead the dough. Now cover this dough with a wet cloth and leave it for 2-3 hours so that yeast comes in it. Take a little flour and make its bread. Heat oil in a pan and fry them. Take it out in a plate and serve hot.
