At least 25 people have died in Nagorno-Karabakh as a result of Thursday's Azerbaijani military offensive, Gegam Stepanyan, an Armenian separatist human rights official in the breakaway Nagorno-Karabakh region, told Reuters.
According to the representative of the mavericks, two of the victims were civilians.
