A 17-year-old boy is the killer of the 64-year-old shepherd in Skutare.

The motive for the murder is a sum of money that the young man asked for from the shepherd, it became clear today at a joint briefing of the District Prosecutor's Office - Plovdiv and the Regional Directorate of the Ministry of Interior - Plovdiv, reports TrafficNews.

The perpetrator of the serious crime worked in the same agricultural facility where he worked at the time of the incident the shepherd Zhivko.

On the day of the murder, the young man demanded money from the man who gave him the sum of 60 leva. The perpetrator then continued to ask for money, but the shepherd said he had no more. The man was beaten, which led to his death.

The young man has not been criminally prosecuted so far, and he is currently charged with robbery, accompanied by medium bodily injury, which led to the death of the 64-year-old man.

"When the body was found, no traces of violence were found. During the forensic examination, a strong internal blood loss was found, which led to his death, "said the Deputy District Prosecutor of Plovdiv Galina Andreeva-Mincheva.

She added that a request for a detention order had been filed and detention had been ordered.
