Oleksii Danilov, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, has said that there will be no repeat of the Wagner Group's march on Moscow, but a rebellion is brewing in Russia that will lead to the fragmentation of the Russian Federation.

Danilov stated this during his interview on the air of a nationwide telethon.

He noted that Kyiv knows who is leading the rebellion and how it will take place.

"I think it won't be a hike anymore. Let's remember how the collapse of the USSR took place in August 1991. What is brewing there, and the "GKChP grouping", as it was in 1991, it is already maturing there and they are already clustering there, this is a well-known fact. And we understand who manages it, how it happens. The question of when the next rebellion will take place in Russia is a matter of a short period of time. We'll see what time it will be, but the processes have been launched. And the fact that in relation to Kadyrov (Ramzan Kadyrov's serious illness – ed.) is one of the factors that will also affect these processes," Danilov said.

In addition, the Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council said that Russian oligarchs, who lived a very good life, after Putin's crazy decision, should forget about their quiet lifestyle.

When asked whether the international community is ready for the collapse of Russia, Danilovi replied that "many people are aware, but some believe that this process can be controlled and such things can be done that will not allow Russia to disintegrate. I can say that no one will be able to influence this, Russia will be forced to fragment and this will happen in our lifetime. And no force will be able to stop it, because this is a historical process."

Earlier, Oleksiy Danilov said that the deterioration of the health of the leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, may be related to his poisoning.
