After a short illness, journalist Mira Popova died, her relatives said.

The pilgrimage will take place on Saturday, August 26, at 12:00, in the temple "Assumption" of the Central Sofia Cemetery.

Mira Popova is the author and host of the show "These Tiny Minutes", dedicated to people with disabilities. It began on radio "FM+" in 1993, and since 1995 it has been broadcast on the frequencies of radio "Alma Mater".

Mira Popova is a longtime editor of Zari magazine, an edition of the Union of the Blind in Bulgaria. In different periods she was a collaborator of the Bulgarian National Radio – on the program "Hristo Botev", in the show "In spite of everything" she presents people with disabilities. He publishes texts in Sofia periodicals about the problems of people with disabilities, as well as their achievements.

Mira Popova is a member of the Union of Bulgarian Journalists, BTA reported.
