In Odesa and Rivne, large-scale searches are underway at CCCs and SPs, All-Union Medical Complexes and MSECs. This applies to the work of military medical commissions. The SBI added that searches are also taking place in Kyiv, Vinnytsia and Cherkasy regions.

According to the publication, the searches are conducted by the Department of Strategic Investigations and investigators of the National Police. Searches are ongoing in four district territorial centers of recruitment and social support. Local Telegram channels publish videos of law enforcement officers coming to the military registration and enlistment office on Zankovetska Street in Odesa.

In Rivne region, searches are carried out in all Medical and Social Expert Commission (MSEC).

The SBI confirmed that their investigators "are conducting a number of procedural actions in the Territorial Recruitment Centers and military medical commissions in many regions of the country."

"Today, searches are being conducted in a number of military medical commissions in Vinnytsia, Cherkasy and Kyiv regions. Investigative actions are taking place within the framework of the investigation of criminal proceedings on the facts of illegal enrichment of servicemen holding senior positions in regional and district centers of recruitment and social support," the statement reads.

According to the investigation, they have data on 388 people who were declared unfit for military service, but the investigation has doubts about this.

"Medical documentation that can confirm the facts of making unlawful decisions on unsuitability for military service, personal files, etc. is being seized. Criminal proceedings have been initiated under a number of articles," the statement said.

The law enforcement officers also added that last week in Odesa and Mykolaiv regions, as well as Kherson and Beryslav district CCCs andSPs, SBI officers had already conducted 15 searches.

"During preliminary inspections, numerous facts of abuse by military committees and groundless removal from military registration of reserve officers on the basis of fictitious certificates of the Military Command have already been revealed. Currently, according to the results of inspections, three officials of military registration and enlistment offices have been notified of suspicion," the message says.
