Dry and hot weather with temperatures above 30 degrees is likely to persist in Ukraine until the end of summer. A decrease in temperature can be expected in early autumn.

This was announced by the head of the meteorological forecasts department of the Ukrhydrometeorological Center Vladislav Bilyk in a comment to RBC-Ukraine.

"Ten days will be hot. As the weather was in previous days, it will remain so, nothing will change significantly," the weather forecaster said.

According to Bilyk, rains are possible only in the Carpathians, light rains - in the northern and northeastern regions, but they will be "scarce".

Vladislav Bilyk noted that such weather will be observed until the end of the month, "and somewhere in September a noticeable decrease in temperature is possible."

The weather forecaster recalled that it was hot almost all of August, but "someday it will end." "The forecasts that we have now are promised in early September (cold snap - ed.)," he concluded.

To recap, the Ukrhydrometeorological Center announced how long the heat will last and what the weather will be like on Independence Day.
