International partners do not incline Ukraine to "peace negotiations" with the aggressor state Russia.

This was assured by NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov in an interview with the Italian newspaper la Repubblica

To the journalist's remark that the partners are trying to convince the Ukrainian authorities to negotiate an end to the war and the question of what scenario they propose (for example, Korean – a country divided in two), Danilov answered in the negative.

"Russia must be destroyed like modern Carthage"

"Reports of this alleged pressure have not been confirmed by anything. They exist only on the Internet. I don't know, maybe this is the work of the Russian troll army, but the partners did not set any requirements to negotiate. Ukraine will solve this problem on its own, and there can be no negotiations with Putin. Russia must be destroyed like modern Carthage. You can't leave the enemy behind," he concluded.

Recall that the United States believes that the decision to start peace talks between Russia and Ukraine can only be made by President Volodymyr Zelensky. They stressed that first the aggressor country must withdraw its troops from the occupied regions.
