On August 7, the Russian terrorist army launched two missiles at the city of Pokrovsk in the Donetsk region. The occupiers targeted residential buildings in the center. Currently, one person is known to have died. All services are working on site.

This was reported by Head of Donetsk Regional Administration Pavlo Kyrylenko and Head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak.

Andriy Yermak said that the occupiers were aiming at an ordinary residential building. Currently, it is known about one dead and seven wounded. Rescuers and medics are working at the scene. There may still be people under the rubble.

Pavlo Kyrylenko added that the occupiers had struck the center of Pokrovsk.

"Rashists launched two strikes on the city center with an interval of several tens of minutes. 9- and five-story buildings, residential buildings in the private sector, a hotel, catering establishments, shops, administrative buildings were damaged," the message says.
