At least two explosions were heard on the Crimean bridge on the night of July 17. The explosions occurred at 3:04 and 3:20. We heard them in different districts in Kerch. There are dead and injured.

Russian Telegram channels write that the bridge span has "fallen". Emergency services are trying to approach the scene, but kilometer traffic jams have arisen on the bridge, which complicates traffic.

Local "authorities" have already formed an operational headquarters in connection with the emergency. The so-called "head of Crimea" Sergei Aksyonov called on residents and guests of the occupied peninsula to refrain from traveling across the bridge and, for security reasons, choose an alternative route through new regions.

"Traffic has been stopped on the Crimean bridge: an emergency occurred in the area of the 145th support from the Krasnodar Territory. Law enforcement agencies and all responsible services work. I spoke with the Minister of Transport of the Russian Federation Vitaly Gennadievich Savelyev, measures are being taken to restore the situation," Aksyonov wrote.

Traffic on the bridge has been stopped. Also, the crossing of the Kerch Strait does not work.
Adviser to the "head" of Crimea Oleg Kryuchkov said that the occupation authorities of the peninsula will provide all necessary support to tourists in connection with the suspension of traffic on the Crimean bridge.

Meanwhile, Belgorod Governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said a man and his wife had died. There was also their daughter in the car, who was injured and taken to hospital.

The Ukrainian side did not comment on these events.

We will remind, around noon of July 9 in Kerch there were explosions. Later it became known that the sounds of explosions were heard in the area of the Crimean bridge. The occupation "authorities" immediately announced the "successful" work of the air defense.

On the Web, eyewitnesses published footage showing how Russian air defense is trying to shoot down a missile. Photos and videos show thick black smoke rising over the bridge. Kremlin propagandists reported that traffic on the bridge was blocked in both directions.
