The head of one of the units of the Ministry of Defence, together with two accomplices, during mobilization transported evaders abroad, entering them into the "Shliakh" system. Law enforcement officers exposed and detained them.
This was reported by the Office of the Prosecutor General.
According to the investigation, the military, together with two of his accomplices, among whom was an employee of one of the military registration and enlistment offices, transported men abroad for money. To do this, they introduced evaders into the "Shliakh" system, as volunteers and they could go abroad without any problems.

"For a monetary reward, they registered men of military age who wanted to go abroad as volunteer drivers of charitable organizations. They entered their data into the "Path" system. This gave them grounds to cross the state border of Ukraine", – stated in the message.

Two such cases have already been documented. However, there may be more. The suspects are charged with Part 3 of Art. 15, part 3 of art. 332 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. Currently, all those involved in the crime are being established. The suspects will be tried.

Recall, a 23-year-old resident of the Volyn region, who five times during martial law tried to cross the border of Ukraine, received a fine of 8500 UAH.
