Adviser to the head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak said that components of Western production were found in the missiles that struck Odesa on the night of June 14.
He wrote about this in his Twitter.
Podoliak stressed that all the missiles with which the aggressor state attacked Odesa were manufactured already in 2023.
"In all, without exception, we find Western-made microelectronics supplied by private companies to Russia through third countries bypassing sanctions restrictions. The question is: maybe it's time to close the obvious loopholes and holes in the sanctions packages?" the adviser to the Head of the Office of the President asks a rhetorical question.
Mykhailo Podolyak pointed out the inadmissibility of the situation when important parts for missiles are supplied to the aggressor country simultaneously with the search for missiles for Ukrainian air defense.
Earlier, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky said that Russia still has the ability to obtain critical components for the production of missiles created by companies from around the world, in particular, companies from some allied countries of Ukraine. In particular, the missiles with which the invaders struck Kryvyi Rih contained details from Ukraine-friendly states.
