In the Chernihiv region, a blogger was detained who posted a video of the movement of the Defense Forces on TikTok. He explained his actions by saying that he "wants to increase the audience", but the investigation established that he had connections with the Russian terrorist army.

According to the military, the blogger, who had 100 thousand followers, posted photos and videos of the movement of soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on TikTok. He also filmed the work of a military facility and published it all on the Web, indicating the geolocation.

"In a matter of minutes, the video was picked up by Russian propaganda publics, including pro-Kremlin Telegram channels with a total audience of more than 100,12. subscribers. On the personal page of the tiktoker, this content was viewed by more than <> thousand users, including residents of the aggressor country," the message says.

The SBU and the military found the blogger, he explained to them that he "wanted to increase the audience in this way."

"However, during the inspection of the defendant in the case, his ties in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine with representatives of illegal armed groups controlled by the special services of the Russian Federation were established," OK Pivnich reports.

The man is charged with Part 2 of Art. 114-2 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (dissemination of information about the movement, movement or location of the Armed Forces of Ukraine or other military formations). He faces up to 8 years in prison. The case has already been referred to the court.
