The Sofia Court of Appeal upheld the ruling of the Sofia City Court and dismissed the case for the leakage of personal data by the NRA.

It has been returned to the prosecutor's office for the removal of significant violations and procedural rules violating the rights of defense of the two defendants, the court said.

The ruling of the court is dated June 5 and is final. Defendants in the case of the hacker attack against the NRA are Kristian Boykov and the owner of TAD Group Ivan Todorov.

They were charged with a crime against the Republic for the purpose of instilling confusion and fear in the population.
