Unstable weather conditions have resulted in restrictions on the movement of automobiles on several motorways in the region during the night.

"APA-Economics" quotes the Azerbaijani Automobile Authority (AAYDA) as saying that strong winds and rain have restricted traffic on roads in Shakespeare, Kazakhstan, and Gorgan-Gakh. Additionally, floodwaters in the village of Devil in the region have filled the road with lilace and rocky cliffs.
