Commander of the Ground Forces Oleksandr Syrsky informed about the successful actions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine near Bakhmut in the Donetsk region.

He posted a video on his Telegram channel.

In the video, which is filmed on

body camera, shows the work of fighters of the Third Separate Assault Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Bakhmut direction. The defenders of the city are storming the positions of the Russians, who are retreating under pressure.

"The defense forces continue to move forward on the flanks, the enemy is losing positions near Bakhmut," reads the post under the video.

We will remind, American analysts ISW in their new report reported that fierce fighting continues in the Bakhmut direction. The Ukrainian military is conducting ground counterattacks north and southwest of Bakhmut. The Ukrainian Armed Forces also pushed Russian forces from positions west of Klishchiivka.
