Russian dictator Putin discussed with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan the blowing up of the Kakhovka hydroelectric station. The Führer traditionally tries to absolve himself of guilt and shifts the terrorist attack to Kyiv.

This is written by the Russian media propaganda.

As noted, dictator Putin does not deviate from his "manual" and declares that "Kyiv with the filing of the West makes a risky bet on the escalation of hostilities."

"The President called the destruction of the Kakhovka HPP a barbaric action of Kyiv at the suggestion of Western curators. Putin stated that the breakthrough of the Kakhovka hydroelectric station is a clear example of Kyiv's terrorist methods. The leaders of Russia and Turkey expressed confidence in the further dynamic development of a multifaceted and mutually beneficial partnership in various fields," the propagandists write.

Recall that NSDC Secretary Oleksiy Danilov notes that the Russian occupiers blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric station "on instructions from the Kremlin - from Putin's office."
