In Kyiv, against the backdrop of a recent tragic incident, when people died from arriving in front of the door of a closed shelter, audits of shelters continue.

Minister of Strategic Industry Oleksandr Kamyshin showed one of the shelters in the Sviatoshynskyi district, which was repaired for UAH 1.3 million.

"The situation is slightly better than in other areas we have already visited. Most of the shelters were open. But the acceptable state of shelters is still far away. Of the interesting. I saw the first freshly renovated shelter. UAH 1.3 million for the repair of a 103m2 shelter. This is one of the 1.2 billion that our mayor Klitschko spoke about," Kamyshin said.

Whether the repair of the shelter is worth the money spent on it, judge for yourself after viewing the photo:

Recall that on the night of June 1, the occupiers launched 10 Iskander missiles at Kyiv. Near a closed shelter in a polyclinic in the Desnyansky district of the capital, three people died: a 9-year-old girl and her 34-year-old mother, as well as a 33-year-old woman. People came to the shelter, but it was closed. They were mortally wounded as a result of falling wreckage of a downed enemy missile.
