The Kremlin is not ready for war in the Belgorod region. So, Kremlin leader Vladimir Putin will pretend that everything is "stable". This means that the Russian Volunteer Corps and the Legion "Freedom of Russia" can operate freely near Belgorod.

This was told to Channel 24 by Russian opposition journalist Gleb Pyanykh.

Gleb Pyanykh suggested that Russian volunteers would be able to reach Belgorod.

"We will see that not only officials and law enforcement officers are fleeing from Shebekin, but they will also flee from Belgorod. Oh, it's going to be a sight to behold," Pianykh said.

It is important for Putin to keep his chair under him, so Russia's complete occupation of Donetsk and Luhansk regions is a matter of his image. The head needs to show that Russia was able to seize these territories in 2014 and now everything seems to be going according to plan.

Putin's propagandists will create the illusion that there is a peaceful life in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine.

According to the oppositionist, Putin will remain silent, hand out medals for courage and pretend that nothing is happening. At the same time, he will continue to hold on to the occupied territories, from which, in the end, under pressure from the Armed Forces, the occupiers will still have to flee.

"Everything with this Russian government is clear. It will not fight in Belgorod and therefore a good direction of opportunities opens up there. Sooner or later, Putin will say that it is time to finish with volunteers, order troops to enter and carry out a sweep. And then a full-length war will begin on the territory of Russia," Pyanykh said.

Earlier, the Russian Federation admitted that they do not control Novaya Tavolzhanka in the Belgorod region.
