In Kherson, as of 10:00 am on June 6, 742 people have already been evacuated due to flooding as a result of the explosion of the Kakhovka hydroelectric station by the occupiers.

This was announced by Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Ihor Klymenko.

"We are working. We help citizens in the liberated right-bank part of Kherson region. We are worried about our people who remained in the temporarily occupied left-bank part of the region, because life has no value for Russian terrorists," Klymenko commented.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, water is arriving in the Kherson region, the situation is complicated by the fact that some roads are washed away. This makes it impossible to travel to individual settlements. Evacuation groups are looking for other ways.

Currently, about 80 settlements are in the zone of potential flooding. Most of them are temporarily occupied.

Recall that on the night of Tuesday, June 6, the Russian occupiers blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric station. TSN.ua has collected everything that is known about the explosion of the Kakhovka HPP and the consequences.
