On the night of June 6, Russian invaders blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric station, in Mykolaiv now all services are absolutely ready, the regional authorities are working in close cooperation with colleagues from Kherson and the government.

This was announced by the chairman of the Mykolaiv regional administration Vitaliy Kim.

"Now we are prepared for greater consequences than they will be. We are ready to perform all tasks, all points are deployed, buses, routes - everything is worked out. According to the data we see from the Russian side, they were completely unprepared for the situation, they have panic – they leave, quit, etc. The consequences of this will be: firstly, it is the lack of water in the Crimea, and secondly, the situation on the left bank of the Dnieper will worsen. On our part, all actions are being carried out, we are ready," he said.
