The Azerbaijani national teams of men and women's boxers have begun the final phase of preparations for the third European Games.

According to the federation's apasport.az website, each of the two congregations holds training sessions abroad.

Under the direction of head coach Pedro Roke, coaches Neriman Abdullayev and Etibar Abdullayev, nine of our boxers have begun preparations in Assizi, Italy. To determine the final team, the players attracted Mohamed Yusufzadeh, Nicat Huseynov (both 9 kg), Hope Rustamov (51 kg), Malik Hasanov (57.63 kg), Nabi Alexanderov (5 kg), Sarhan Aliyev (67 kg), Murad Allahverdiyev (71 kg), Alfonso Dominges (80 kg) and Mohammad Abdullayev (+86 kg).

Our Comanche is preparing with Italy, Austria, Belgium, Serbia, Ireland, Britain, the Netherlands, Estonia, Finland, and Slovakia.

The national team of women led by head coach Yadigar Mohammedov and coach Ilkin Agaveh continues training in Kastamonu, Turkey. Mehparah Mohammadova (48 kg), Anakanim Ismailova (50 kg), Zeyneb Rahimova (54 kg), Hamzayeva (57 kg), Shahla Allahverdiyeva (66 kg) and Aynur Rzayeva (75 kg). At the meeting in Kastamonu, our representatives are preparing with Turkey and South Korea.

Each of the two congregations will return to Baku on June 2.

It should be noted that the European Games in Poland will be held from June 23 to July 2.
